Sinus/tonsillitis
I had been diagnosed with sinusitis and tonsillitis 10-11 yrs ago Due to which i always feel claustrophobic and during winters i notice blood traces in my nose Is it related to sinus or something else can be the reason for this Also do i have to get it operated for total relief or its treatable with medication

Sinusitis and tonsillitis won't cause any claustrophobia and you might have had simple acute infection that time. Bleeding from nose can occur during winter because of dryness and crusting. Simple antibiotic ointment applications may be sufficient
