I have sinus and my head is always heavy...Feeling weekness and also sometimes my head swindle for a sec or so... Is this sign of sinus... if yes how can i rectify the same.

Sinus or chronic sinusitis usually presents with chronic nasal congestion, nasal discharge and heaviness of Head. Headache and heaviness of Head alone is not sinus. You need to undergo diagnostic nasal endoscopy and CT scan of paranasal sinuses to confirm the diagnosis
