I have sinus problem but do not want to use medicines and surgery. Can I do Neti pot water practice( Yoga) without any help?

No, you need to meet a Yoga guru to help you to learn to use the Neto pot correctly. However, that will only help clean up your nose. Sinusitis( not one disease but a host of conditions that can inflame your sinus mucosae) needs to be properly diagnosed and treated by a trained and experienced ENT Specialist only.
