Hi, I hav undergone a sinus surgery some 4yrs back. From few mnths whenver i am affected with cold n cough, fever comes along wid dat. scared whether again il hav to undrgo surgry. will nutritionist help me out on getting gud diet plan in order to hav better immunity so dat i can atleast stay away from cold n cough?

Do regular exercise, along with good food.
Avoid exposure to cold drafts
