Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Nasal irrigation with a saline solution, using a neti pot or saline nasal spray, can help relieve sinusitis symptoms. Warm compresses, staying hydrated, and inhaling steam may also provide relief. To alleviate GERD symptoms at home, consider: Dietary adjustments: Avoid trigger foods like spicy, acidic, or fatty items. Smaller meals: Eat smaller, more frequent meals instead of large ones. Elevate your head: Sleep with your upper body elevated to reduce acid reflux at night. Ginger tea: Ginger can help soothe the digestive system; try ginger tea. However, if symptoms persist, it's advisable to consult.
