Extra pulmonary tb is diagnosed after fnac from the right breast and lymph node. Histopathology will confirm the case. Bacteriology will prove typical or atypical mycobacterium. Course of treatment with Antitubercular drugs will depend on outcome of investigations. Duration of anti TB drugs should be minimum 12 months
