Hello doctor... Since few weeks I had little bit dizziness. .and consulted physician and they said i have vertigo problem. .and told me to take beatavert 24mg along with vertigen. .. but 2 days I was bit OK after that again samething started ..I went to an ENT specialist he said I don't have any vertigo problem..then went to neurologist he told me to do MRI then I did that also in report everything is normal .."mucosal thickening in both maxillary sinusitis "was there...help me what to do
