  4. Sinus cold. Am not sure whats going on.

I have a stuffy nose and sore throat dry cough. Fow about todays now. And i recently started puking up greyish stuff and clear bile.am not sure whats going on. Should i be concerned.

You seem to be suffering from upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat and nose infection in this season. You may need to take antibiotics, anti cold medicines, cough syrups and steam inhalation for faster recovery
