Hi Doctor My pulse rate is 43 to 50 while sitting normal. I have checked 1 year before i have been given only 1 tablet that was Daily 365. Could you please help me how to treat this or which medicine should I take Thanks in advance

There can be a variety of causes for low pulse rate. However the most common cause at your age is due to increased vagal tone, which is a normal phenomenon. Still pathological causes need to be ruled out. Are you having any symptoms like breathlessness or dizziness? Are you an athlete? Are you taking some medication? These questions need to be answered.
