Got diagnosed for Sinusitis before 2 months through xray. On antibiotic and steam since thn...it reduces somedays and it's back again. Head buring sensation, face pain, neck pain, dizziness sometimes, throat conjection and nose conjection sometimes...what should I do should I continue or anything else I should do??? Hi...based on your history you might be suffering from chr.sinsuitis!!
Anatomical abnormalities can cause mechanical obstruction to sinus openings causing recurrent sinusitis..
And also u didn't mention if you have any allergies or not?
Are u using the same antibiotic since 2 months??

It will confirm diagnosis.
Till then stem inhalations and montair LC tablet will help.
As I'm not aware of any allergies you might having, continue the antibiotic you are taking
Hi.. there are some anatomical abnormalities inside nose which cause sinusitis. These anatomical abnrmlties cannot be cured by medication but some require surgical intervention. So get a CT SCAN PNS done so that we can identify the exact cause of the sinus infection. If its just by allergy then u have to start anti allergic medication.
