Single umbilical artery
My wife had are nt scan in 4th month of pregnancy..Report says umbical cord has 2 vessels with single sua..I'm worried about my baby as many youtube videos says that 25% baby can be born with deformity..Doctor has advised to go for qudraple and anomoly test in 5th month..Is there any other test to be done to find any other complications in baby

Your doctor has advised you correctly. Kindly go for a quadruple test and for a USG anomaly scan. These are non-invasive tests meant for screening and diagnosis of 99% of the genetic anomalies in foetus. In case you are still worried after they come out negative you may go for genetic testing of foetus, which would be an invasive procedure. It has risks of it's own and should be avoided. All the best for your pregnancy. May you have a healthy child.
