Nothing to worry . simple cyst of4 cm will.regress on its own in 2-3 months time .          How long you are married .?if you are planning now to have a baby , atleast postpone for another 2 cycle .          .                    It is better to take hormonal therapy for 3cycles to regularise your cycles .
Next Steps
rpt  scan after 3cycles. for evidence of regression .
Health Tips
1.    start tab folic acid 0.5g daily .2.plan for pregnancy having sex in fertile period .
