Silicea usages
My son met with accident and his nasal area got ruptured and tear duct got cut.  due to which the tears in the eyes are coming excessively and it is not going into the nasal column due to rupture of tear duct. Whether Silicea  is of any help in our case.

No, Silicea won't help in such injury cases. You will have to try Hypericum or Calendula depending on the type of injury.
