Sigmoid bulb venous diverticulum.

I have constant pain in the lower jaw where the mandible lower jaw line ends under the ear area. Pain in this area for 3 years now. I also have tooth and gum pain. Seen all dental specialists from TMJ specialist,oral Max surgeons, Endodontist etc. Had several scans and xrays. Nothing found for the reason if the pain. Oral facial pain specialist said it's Myofascial pain syndrome. I went for TMJ MRI to check if I have any jaw issues. The MRI report of my TMJ MRI shows something like, right sigmoid bulb venous diverticulum. I asked the jaw oral surgeon who ordered my scan and he said he don't know what that is.Asked me to check with my GP. GP said I have to see neurologist for this. I have pulsating tinnitus and I hear this only when I lay down on my sides. Little scared about this finding. Is this causing my jaw pain under ear area which is constant burning pain? How is this sigmoid bulb venous diverticulum treated? I have taken Lyrica, Cymbalta,amitrypline,gabapentin. No relief.
