Side effects of Serta 50
I have been taking Serta 50 for the last 3 days and had feeling a bit nauseous. Today I feel a tingling sensation in my chest, like a heart burn. Please help with remedies.

Reduce the dose by half for a few days and then restart with 50mg.. it helps with the transient side effects of sertraline which occur after starting the medication

Sertraline can cause these GIT symptoms like heartburn, nausea and vomiting.
Usually taking antacids / PPI like Pantoprazole plus domperidon help.

You could take an antacid along, it helps in such side effects.
