Side effects of ciplar la20
One year back I hav covid ,after I cured I have high hearttt rate 120-130,bp 120/80 after 3 months cardiologist prescribed ecg and echo mentioned sinus trachycardia.I do pranayama daily exercise after 3 months my heart rate becomes around 80.after 1month I have some fear so again heart rate becomes 120-130 bp 123/86. It is not decreases any excercise after 1 month again I consult cardiologist I do all tests cholestrol blood test ecg echo all r normal mentioned sinus trachycardia.doctor prescribed ciplar la20 for 3 months, again 3 months ,again 6 months .from 8months I take this tablet  for this I hav very hair fall  problem and eyes allergy , my heart rate 80-86.bp 117/86. I hav hypothyroidism iam taking thyroxine75 mg.kidney stone problems also.please advice me ciplar la 20 is effects in eyes ?and for the reason of  hair fall problem? how to stop tablet? it does not effects on heart my bp before using ciplar la20 120/80 ,but after taking ciplar la 20  now bp is 117/86 is it normal.?

Your Bp is normal. Eye problem and hairfall is not because of ciplar. Your hogh heart rate is because of anxiety you need to focus on treatment of anxiety rather than focusing on heart rate. One more thing get your thyroid profile checked since you are on thyroxine it can also cause tachycardia
