Side effect of leptomate 25 mg in my eye
Sir from last 1 month I am facing migrain issue and I taking advice of a MD neuro in Hisar. He given me some medicine with leptomate 25 mg that medicine cause me today of sudden vision loss. Then I went to doctor and said me for not taking this medicine and advice me to consult eye doctor. I went to a eye doctor and he examine that I am having very high eye pressure and my eye vision was -9 s in both eye whereas yesterday was -1 s.
He has given me 2 eye drops Aquary forte eld and Timogrip-B eld with one tablet T.hypobar.
Will I get back my eye vision shortly or I need to immediately react for further Mediacal treatment.
From last 16 hours everything I watching is bullered.
Please give me advice for that I think it's an emergency for me.

Your ophthalmologist has already started the treatment for high pressure u should wait for the response.
What I feel is that he could have added Homide eye drop (1 drop 3 times a day) for early response, this drop can do wonders for leptomate induced glaucoma.

Your intraocular pressure is high.
Your ophthalmologist has already started treatment.
Wait for some time.
Vision will become better when pressure drops back to normal

Yes it's an emergency . your eye pressure should be reduced quickly and if it doesn't you may have to be given IV Mannitol .
