My mom is facing eye problems like water continue coming in eye and some itching in left side eye please suggest what I need to do and I need to connect which doctor and eye specialist

Watering from a single eye means that something might be hurting her. It is better to consult an ophthalmologist in order to come to a diagnosis and prescribe Medications. Till then tell her not to rub or touch eyes
