Side effect of imatinib or other reason
His both feet are swollen. He was having yellow urine because he didn't drink enough water now urine is normal but swelling of both feet are seen so is it side effect or cause of not drinking enough water??

Imatinib will cause fluid retention  in some patients.  Manifest as swelling of feet. Need low dose diuretics for symptomatic relief
