Side effect of Azoran tablet
Dear Sir, my mother (age 49) is on Azathropine 50 mg tablet for 2 years for her lung contraction issues. for the last 1 month she is constantly having diarrhea 2-3 times a day. Did all sorts of medication and injection but no relief is there. what should i do??

Hello, nitazoxanide500 mg two times a day for three to five days.can be effective.ok.

Hello dear patient, this is a anti metabolite, it act by suppressing immune system, so it predispose the patient to infections, most likely to opportunistic infections... I suspect your diarrhea to be associated with either some opportunistic infection or due to some damage to gastro intestinal system due to chronic use of this... I advise you to consult with me... I need to know about your problem and treatment... Also need to check your previous investigations to advise you how to get off this medines and how to deal with current diarrhea problem..
