My brother has shoulder pain only in some angles,he complains of pain during sports activities,got an mri done here is the report attached. Can this be cured by physiotherapy. What is the next thing to be done.

Had he got dislocation of shoulder any time kindly inform there is definitely tear of labrum shoulder joint. Needs surgical repair if want to continue the sports activities otherwise not I will advice physiotherapist and working position exercises for shoulder consult me online thru practo
