I get pain in my shoulder whenever I throw a ball or smash in badminton. The pain usually goes off in two three days returns when I play again. Very worried about it because I'm not a professional player but I love to play badminton. Is there any yoga or some kind of excercise by which I can strengthen my shoulder.
