Insertional undersurface tearing is seen through the infraspinatus tendon measuring up to 13mm in the mediolateral plane. Some fraying of the bursal surface is also noted. There is associated bursal surface tearing also seen with the supraspinatus tendon associated with tendinopathy. Insertional tearing as also seen more anteriorly measuring up
