My right shoulder feels uncomfortable when lifting arm above or to the side. The pain, though minor, moves sometimes from front to the side. I was involved in weight training sometime back. Moreover, the pain reoccurs after going away for months.
My left shoulder is normal and I had a slightly slouching posture before, which is much improved now.
Is it shoulder impingement? Will icing help treat it permanently?
