Shoulder and neck_pain
I have pain in shoulder in left hand side and also in neck from past one week. i lifted some weight last week and after that it started. please advise

Looks like a sprain in shoulder muscle called trapezius. Apply ice packs. Meet a local orthopaedic surgeon.
