Doctor my sister drink shared water from same glass of her friend who is Bitten by street dog today and her friend didn't start anti rabies vaccination till now so is there any chances of getting rabies to my sister by drinking shared water

Water does not transmit the infection. Only through an open wound or through bite of an infected animal.
Please advise her friend to start the anti rabies vaccination asap.
