Should i take pregnancy test or not??

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have unprotected sex on 1st may and after that i got my periods on 12th may but very light periods it is not looking like my normal periods and it lasts for 3 days but i always have heavy bleeding and that lasts for 5 days ... dusring these days suddenly i gained my weight ,feeling nausea ,hungry and back pain... so i just want to know should i take pregnancy test or not?? Please rply..
