Should I take ayurvedic treatment?
I weigh 80kgs and my height is 5'2" so ideally my weight should lie between 50kg-55kgs. I'm looking forward to begin with an ayurvedic treatment for obesity. Wherein, there'll be medicines, diet, and most importantly massages. Ayurvedic doctors say that it'll bring down my inches to a great extent in 40 treatments. Do you think I should go for it?
