Should I see my Gyno?

Asked for Female, 21 Years

So A friend of mine got a uti last month on the 18. It started off bad bloody pee etc. it goes away and then comes back almost every time She has sex. When ever She gets it the first couple of pees are cloudy but then they clear up. She has also been having pelvic pain. She doesn’t know if she had insurance or not that’s why I’m asking.
