Hi ..
I m not clear as to why you have to use antibiotic drops throughout whole pregnancy?
Indiscriminate use of antibiotic drops causes resistance to antibiotics.
If you are really having severe dry eyes , you may use all the lubricants you have mentioned .

You can use them. Topical drops won't penetrate through placenta.
Won't harm fetus.
