Should i go out indefinitely...?

Whether we want to sunny on our body every day...? And, Should you go out indefinitely without having to stay at home every day...? ...But I'm not following it... I'm always at home. I do not go out at all. I will not let to my body sunny. With this i saw below effects:- 1)My hair gets thinning day by day 2)Middle middle white hair is also coming. 3)I am(my skin) going to be black day by day. So, what i have to do...? Should i go out indefinitely...?
