Should I go for MRI with Contrast
I am Covid recovered post one month , having nasal blockage from last 20 days in morning or during lunch time , Also after lunch or Dinner sometime feeling ear blockage and tenderness under ear when these happens, headache for last one week when eye pressure , Taken pulmoclear and refresh drops , Visited a ENT it was said MUCHUS are healthy and asked to take CRP and result came as 10.70 , Now they are asking to do MRI with contrast for ParaNasal Sinus , Is it worth to do and is painful or threatening one ? I have gred issue before Covid too.

In my opinion right now MRI is not needed. But these are not good signs. Need thorough examination in view of prevalence of fungal infections in post covid patients. Without other relevant information nothing else can be said for now.

You have features of sinusitis so xray PNS waters view can also be done if you want to avoid MRI As far as treatment is concerned steam inhalation with vipocaps is the best treatment so far Do it twice or thrice a day you will feel better Also take some antiallergic like montilekast and levocetrizine combination and paracetamol for headach Thankyou
