Should I continue Seroflo 250 or 100
Hi so two months ago I started breathwork (yoga) and now I no longer wheeze or feel heavy breathing. I have been on seroflo 100 from age 12 and later on seroflo 250 ( 1 puff/day).
Is it okay to go back to seroflo 100 now? or it will worsen my symptoms.
