Shortness of breath nd tightening chest

Asked for Female, 18 Years

Hi i am 18 years old girl and from sometime i am experiencing sudden shortness in breath tightness in my chest dizziness and nausea.it occurs anytime even when i am not doing any strenous work.during exercise i feel my heart beating in my head and it pains badly .do i have a heart disease??
