Shortness of breath..
I really feel very difficult to breath every night, wen I take montek lc I will be normal for 24 hours and again breathing is a problem. Please help me out and I smoke half a pack a day.

Yes Montek lc has action for 24 hrs. But it’s only an adjunctive treatment. You will need further evaluation for breathlessness to rule out airway problems and need for inhalers.
