Shortness of breath & high IgE levels.

You're at high risk of allergies which is what the IgE levels suggest and your symptoms are confirmatory of it. The following steps may help: - Do steam inhalation(plain steam) regularly - Drink water at an average of 3 liters per day - Avoid caffeinated and alcoholic beverages as they cause dehydration and will worsen your condition. - Use a humidifier in your room - Wiping the face regularly with a towel moist with hot water has also shown to help. - Avoid exposure to allergens such as pollen, dust, etc - Remove the mould from the house - Clean the A/C filter regulalrly - Keep the house dust free as much as possible by regular cleaning. - Wear a mask to avoid exposure to the pollution and allergens in the air.
