Shortness breath( for almost a year)
I am having shortness of breath  issue for almost a year.A doctor advised me to reduce my weight(98.5 kilo and height is 5ft10inch. The following test I did and they were normal: 1)Chest x-ray(2 months back) 2)HD Chest CT Scan(7 months back) 3)2D Echo Heart (7 months back) Usually I get this problem: While driving my scooter, wearing a mask, deep thinking (I am overthinker and get tensed easily), while sitting idle. However there isn't any chest or abdomen pain. This was intense few months back, now reduced to some extent after having ayurvedic treatment. This problem started when the first lockdown started.I have small umbilical hernia and fatty liver.A doctor said that I get panic attacks. However I get sound sleep. Why I am getting shortness of breath?

Decreasing body weight will definitely improve the breathlessness to some extent. What is remaining is do perform a Pulmonary function test Polysomnography If those come normal it is surely  psychological with physical manifestation
