Shortening of eyelid

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I have been notice that when i was born my eyelids are shorts and i am unable to open my eyelid as normal it creates psychological problem please tell me what to do to cure this problem now i am 21 year old this problem is with me from my bith.

please share a close-up pic of your eyes. if it is blepharo phimosis or ptosis then surgical correction will improve the condition.
