Short term memory loss at 21?
I am just 21 and have kind of been facing short term memory loss, like its hard for me to remember a figure recently being told to me or something from the morning.... could it also be lack of concentration? Or could this happen due to stress, lack of vitamin b12 and sleep deprivation?
