Short of breath
I am feeling short of breath and light tightness in right side under arm area. I felt this 5 months back. I was dignosed with low iron level. Is is again due to the same reason. I took orfer xt for 2 mnths. How much time it takes to cure? However I have continued the iron tablets again. How much time will it take the symptom to go?

Check hemoglobin levels again to see if hemoglobin is normal or not. Iron tablets usually need to be taken for 3 months

May be due to same issue again. Please mention is there any other complaints of loose motions / loss of appetite/ heavy periods ?? Continue Iron capsules at least for 3 months

Take adequate diet and plenty of water. Do free and exercise every day. Take green vegetables and fruits, milk, soybeans.

Have iron rich foods like spinach, dates, curry leaves,Mutton liver, Beetroot, etc. Have food at people time, Drink more water, fresh juices and Stay hydrated.
