My son 3 years and 8 month .i have a test and PDA is 0.16 cm...is it small...plese help

.Test was Echo cardiography ?and If the child is having PDA in this age group I.e 3 year and more then it needs treatment.also the child needs complete assessment for any heart abnormality. May even require intervention for the PDA.
Also we need to know whether child is having any problems currently..Repeated infections or not. I mean detailed evaluation
