In my neck,one forearm,one hip there is a lump ,and the shooting pain all over body but pain is temporary comes and goes,lump are painless it's like thickening of a skin not exactly lump.what it is.It is serious condition or what.

Both are most likely unrelated. Could just be a lipoma but get them evaluated
