I would suggest you get a blood workup done to check for your Haemoglobin percentage.
Have a high
Protein diet and exercise daily to build up muscle mass.
Have lots of greens and vegetables and also fruits so that you derive a lot of b vitamins and other required minerals.
Also take a cap. Gibkoba-m daily once a day after food.
Hit the gym.
