Shivering of fingers
The fingers of my hand shiver on their own.can you tell me why does it happen and is it a serious problem. And how do I get over it with some exercise (most preferred) or which doctor should I consult

Hello. From your description it seems like you are having Essential tremors. In most cases it is a benign condition. Consult a neurologist for opinion and management. Hope this helps.
