Shivering during talking
Doctor last night i was not able to sleep properly today morning i am not a ble to speak properly.....i am a kind of shivering during speaking i showed a local doctor he asked me to take rest n sleep...........also advised me to take sleeping pills if not a ble to sleep..........he said its out of stresss..........

Well yes it seems like you are suffering from anxiety...te you need to rest but then what is the cause if it we need to know...we need to sit and talk about it ..I would like to know when this problem started.. please try to talk...thank you
