Shine bone pain
On 31st march, 2022 i have Physical Efficiency test 1600 meter run within 6:30 minutes. Last 6 to 7 months I do regular hard exercise so that my weight reduced from 82 kg to 67 kg. But now for last one week again my shin bone pain is increased so that my practice is disturbed. What kind of Gel Or sprey should I use for this pain?
