Shin Bone Pains

I go for jogging or running each evening for 2 Kms or so. And after running, I get pains in the bones below my knees (shins). It vanishes if I discontinue running for a while but it reappears if I got for running again! Please suggest remedies.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. These types of pains are common in people who do not maintain a proper daily running routine. This may be due to 2 reasons-1. Due to some stretching of some tendons, ligaments etc. 2. It may also be due to decreased blood supply in the region during running. You must consult some physician and if needed other specialist, such as orthopeditian.
