This problem is related with my mother (55 yrs). She used to talk to herself a lot, sometime just create a perception about someone and started talking about him/ her even when the person is not around. She uses very harsh words against that person. These persons are both in and outside the family. She generally do it when she is all alone. Even after making her understand the situation she is not getting better. Other than this she is physically fit. She has been suffering from this from quite a long time. We ignored as we think it is against only some people but now we have started observing that she does it with many persons. What should I do? And what type of doctor will be suitable for her?

Is she also suspicious? Is she sleeping well?
