Sharp solid abdomen pain
Right side abdomen just next to my belly button, shape solid pain when I stand up, when I’m sitting its fine. Worse when I bend down to pick something up and when I stretch. I’ve had my gallbladder removed 16/08/16 C section 22/02/17 and I had surgery to have my appendix removed but it was fine so I’ve still got my appendix.

Next Steps
can fill and apply warm castor oil to navel for 10 min. by laying supine position... if this helps then the pain is just because of impaired intestinal movement
