Sharp chest pains while taking deep breaths can have many causes, most of which are not serious often we cannot relate it to heart problem it may happens with respiratory problems aslo..If, however, the pain is also associated with wheezing, shortness of breath, or a cough that you only notice while exercising or in the cold, it is possible that you have a mild variant of asthma, called exercise-induced asthma. This leads to the symptoms of cough, shortness of breath and, occasionally, chest pains. As always, the diagnosis and management of your specific condition will require a physical examination by your personal physician. There are many different causes of chest pain. Some are more serious than others. Any new, severe, or persisting chest pain should be discussed with your doctor. This is particularly important if you are an adult and have a history of heart or lung disease. If the chest pain is particularly severe, especially if it is radiating to your arms or jaw, you feel sick, feel sweaty or become breathless, These can be symptoms of a heart attack.
